We are Lise & Owen, Co-Owners of Cut the Crêpe!
We started Cut the Crêpe with a deep passion for sharing the art of the Crêpe & Galette with others.
We strive to locally source our produce and ingredients from farms and small businesses in Washington. As we want to serve seasonal and amazing quality crepes.
During college, Lise got the opportunity to live and study in France. Lise fell in love with the food and culture, and learned how to make authentic Crêpes and Galettes from their host family.
Lise & Owen met at the Evergreen State College while in the same business course. From there they kickstarted this delicious project into a business! Primarily open during the summer season, Cut the Crêpe sets up at Farmers Markets, Festivals, and offers catering services in the Puget Sound area.
